The Jack Lemmon Blogathon begins here!

We're here! This year's WSW blogathon is for Jack Lemmon, a rare and inspirational actor like few we've seen in Hollywood. We got a lot of posts lined up for the next two days. I'll handle the first wave today. Leave your link in the comments, or tweet me at @ratzo318. Tomorrow, we go south of the equator and my pal Le will continue the blogathon. On behalf of both of us, thanks for taking part and enjoy the posts!

  1. Hello! I have my link for Glengarry Glen Ross attached. My blog is Charlene's (Mostly) Classic Movie Reviews. Thanks!

    1. I realized that the link is not hyperlinked. I will try adding the link again. This might be the best one to link on your page. Sorry for the technical snafu!

  2. Avanti!:

  3. Hi there! Here's my post for You Can't Run Away From It (1956): Thanks for letting me join, and I can't wait to read everyone else's entries!

  7. Hi Rich. My post is up! Enjoying it so much so far:

  8. Here is mine about Jack Lemmon in "Some Like it Hot"

    -Kayla (WhimsicallyClassic)

  9. Jack Lemmon was something special. Everyone knew it. When I look up at the screen now - I rarely see what he gave us. And that's very sad.
My favourite fact about Jack: Before making it as an actor, he worked as a restaurant quality checker, but was fired because he kept rating everybody "excellent."
Thanks again for hosting the blogathon, I've enjoyed every entry!
