After getting to know her under false pretenses, it makes more sense to me that when the time comes to reveal his true agenda, he'd want to be honest. The whole "god of war" notion tends to lock him into a specific role that, if he deviates from it, he's no longer in that role. It'd be easier if he were a regular human supervillain.Richhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11376065182154885503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4189120682398421108.post-70788007653703181892017-06-15T22:06:16.715-04:002017-06-15T22:06:16.715-04:00All in all, I thought the movie was great. :)

Maybe he wasn't looking for peace alone with her, but actually scheming for more destruction for the sake of destruction. Or am I reading into it too much?Andrew Kirschnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00172274154067103949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4189120682398421108.post-22784345234899306562017-06-09T09:49:18.127-04:002017-06-09T09:49:18.127-04:00I agree about the word "fan." My mind was focused on a couple of minor things that seemed big to me. #1, The kid and I both felt Steve shouldn't have told Dr. Poison he was "a fan". Seems very out of time, even for a fantasy. #2, I believe the song Charlie was singing in the cafe is from WW2, not WW1. Doesn't something like that jump out at everybody?

I do want to see the moviet again to see how all the pieces do or do not fit for me. The entertainment factors worked.

PS: Janet has been pushing me to see Logan. I'm weak. I'll probably give in one of these days.Caftan Womanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05936895555808823221noreply@blogger.com
